5 Agreement and signature

  1. Deposit. A 50 percent deposit secures your booking. The slot is provisional until payment clears, or until proof of payment and ID are verified by our team.
  2. Cancellation. We refund 70 percent of the deposit on cancellation. Cancellations within 7 days of the session forfeit the full deposit.
  3. Reschedule. One reschedule without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  4. Photographer unavailability. If we cannot attend, we arrange a suitable replacement or issue a full refund.
  5. Included. Shooting, lighting, editing and 3 months of online gallery storage. Extra hours, locations or special edits are quoted separately.
  6. Travel. Sessions inside Bloemfontein include travel. Outside Bloemfontein, travel and accommodation are added to the final invoice and quoted upfront.
  7. Delivery. Edited images within 2 to 4 working days via a private online gallery. Graduation within 1 to 4 days. Wedding video within 5 to 10 days.
  8. Balance. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
  9. Usage rights. You receive personal-use rights. Commercial use needs a separate written licence. We retain copyright and may use images for portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before the session.
  10. Governing law. South African law. Disputes resolved in Bloemfontein.

6 Payment

Card payments are being switched on. For now please pay by bank transfer and upload your proof of payment below, and we will confirm your booking within one business day.
